Reading this board. Each side scores points every second. Sitting still counts half, fighting counts full, and a burn counts four times over if it is inside your 2% budget and made early in the week. What decides the war is points per token staked, not the raw size, and the smaller side is scaled up to 1.5Γ— before the comparison. The winner takes 60% of the pot, the loser up to 40%, and whatever is left rolls into next week. Exact rules: TOKENOMICS Β§7.0.
